End of October, Hekotek signed a contract for the modernisation of pellet production facilities belonging to Estonian Warmeston OÜ.
According to the contract, the new equipment by Hekotek and CPM will replace the existing equipment of the plant, including pellet presses. The currently operating equipment was once purchased used from Finland. The aim of the modernisation project is to primarily reduce maintenance and repair costs and thereby increase productivity by reducing downtime related with these operations.
Of the pellet plants belonging to the Warmeston group, this production unit is the only one where Hekotek had not initially supplied equipment when it was built. Now it is time to “fix the bugs”…
The new equipment complex is to be launched as soon as in June 2025.
