Complex pellet plant deliveries

  • Standard raw material for pellet manufacture is sawdust of natural moisture content; Special solutions with chippers ensure other types of raw material (pulpwood, fuelwood and chips) to be used as well.
  • Module solution: ‘furnace + drum dryer’ corresponding to one pellet press (4,5–5,0 t/hour).
  • Application of belt dryer requires sufficient amount of heat power at the customer’s facility.
  • Equipment for pelletising (hammer mills and pellet presses) – by world leading suppliers.
  • Various solutions for pellets storage (silos, storage houses) and packing (small packages, big-bags and soſt containers).
  • United control center for all production processes. Remote control capability.

Complex approach from our side means engineering design, supply, installation and start-up of the equipment.

An integral part of such an approach is also supply of spare and ware parts, as well as necessary service and support of our customers for trouble-free operation of each plant by Hekotek.
