AS Hekotek has signed a contract with Societe Europeénne de Bois to supply a new CPM pellet press in addition to the existing ones.
Initially Hekotek supplied complex pellet production equipment for the plant in question as fas back as 2020.
The new pellet press will be supplied in addition to the two presses already in operation on site. The plant capacity will thus increase by a third – up to 90 thousand tons per year. Since initially the customer did not plan any capacity increase for the plant in future, this new contract includes quite significant changes related to other equipment units of the plant (including raw material preparation and delivery area, drying, etc.). Luckily, all these changes and updates will ensure the opportunity for the owners to increase the plant capacity even further – by adding the fourth pellet press.
The delivery under the contract is scheduled for early December 2024, and the plant should be launched again by mid-March 2025.
