AS Hekotek has put into operation equipment supplied to Eastern Siberia – at LDK Igirma – one of the biggest and modern sawmill complexes in Russia (Irkutsk region, Novaya Igirma).
First logs at the mill were successfully sawn as early as December 2008. Current operation stage is aimed at achieving designed production capacity of the sawmill, which is 800 000 m3 logs per year.
Hekotek delivery to LDK Igirma include log sorting line, log feeding equipment with curve log turner to debarking machine, conveyors for bark, chips and sawdust, aspiration systems and recirculation filters to sawing machines, timber sorting lines and planing mill.
